- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We no longer live in the area and pay local taxes in Pittsburgh, yet we keep getting notices that we have failed to file. I have called multiple times to resolve the issue (40+ times in 3 days) and have never been able to reach a person or leave a message. I get busy tones or the the phone rings until it eventually drops. The only way to reach them is to email and hope they respond.By Susan Hudak, September 27, 2016
